CAOrdered Jan 10th Ordered Jan 10th, Cleared US/Canada customs Jan.17th at which time no longer able to track. Delivered to my home by Canada Post Jan. 24th. Considering the absolutely horrible weather in most of central and Eastern USA and Canada, this was excellent delivery service to Vancouver Island in B.C. Thank you.

GBI have only used the happy light for a… I have only used the happy light for a week now but I can already feel a difference. My feeling of lethargy is gone. I really like that I can choose for the type of light and that there are 3 brightness settings. It is also nice that I can buy replacement bulbs if needed. I had recommended this product to 2 friends who also need light therapy based on the manufacture's business reputation before I even started using the light. My recommendation stands firm.

GBThe worst experience I wish I had read these recent reviews before I ordered from their website. I've been waiting for my purchase since July 1 and two weeks later they're just now giving me an estimated delivery date of July 20. They tried to blame UPS and "unprecedented shipping volumes" but I do plenty of online shopping and I'm receiving much larger orders in no time. Edit: I didn't think it could any worse, but they won't even pay for the shipping for me to return it after it arrived so late that I've already purchased a replacement.

GBSmall size, Big bright! Small size light that shines very brightly. I have a much bigger sun lamp from 10 years ago but the LEDs in the Happy Light are fantastically comparable. EVERYONE who received it as a gift was beyond thrilled and continues to enjoy the lights often.

GBI’m really surprised by good reviews… I’m really surprised by good reviews about customer service! İf you have a return or a normal problem that can actually be solved by automatic support emails, go for it.But if not, you are all alone after your purchase. I’ve read good reviews about this product and instead of ordering any other brand from uk, l wanted to go for this and ordered to my friend who was gonna be in us for for 10 days. I’ve contacted the company to explain this but still the order arrived so late( don’t understand how) my friend returned and l ended up paying that much money and not recieving my order. I’ve been writing the customer support to get a refund but they don’t even bother reading customer mails, they keep on sending me automatic support emails saying that ‘’ pack the item in its original packing and send it back’ .For god sake, how can l even send a product that l haven’t even recieved!!! Can you at least read the customer emails than send a meaningful reply🙈Worst decision ever ordering from them. İts not about me having a personal issue, its the quality of the service you will get. There are many other good brands for sad lamps ,buy from them at least you’ll have a better support there is a problem!!
