GBCurology is so lovely Curology is so lovely! It was easy to get my vegan retinol, and the team's communication and support was stellar. I'm in the middle of an out-of-state move and had to temporarily cancel my subscription. As soon as I'm settled in again, I know Curology will be there to get me back on track with the subscription. Highly recommend! P.S. As far as the products themselves go: the micellar water stung my eyes a bit. I was only looking for retinol, and Curology made it easy to change my subscription box from the whole 'kit' to just retinol. The only retinol product I've ever used that showed immediate results in my dry, 50-something, white lady skin came from d r u n k elephant. It's a non-prescription, 1% retinol product (much higher than most) you can get at Ulta, Sephora, etc. Hope that helps!

GBI tried the products and they were… I tried the products and they were great, unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription and ran into some issues that the team took care of pretty quick! Although I am no longer subscribed their response makes me comfortable with using curology in the future.

GBBrittany K Brittany K. Really came through for me today. I accidentally forgot to postpone my subscription and the order had just barley been processed but it over drafted my account (I am incredibly broke right now) and it was heading to my old address (basically I am a mess) and Brittany was able to cancel it and now my refund should be coming in a few days THANK GOD! Honestly curology has incredible customer service, been a user since 2020. Thank you Brittany!!!

GBEncouraging Terms of Agreement Vrinda was very patient, listened to what my issue of not being able to secure payment. After making arrangements for this month's invoice, she & I agreed to my request. Afterward, she asked if there was anything else she could. My answer was she went above & beyond to help me, for which I'm totally grateful.
