Predatory Company, SAVE YOUR MONEY! Like many of the other reviews have mentioned, this company is incredibly predatory. It is so hard to cancel your subscription without getting scammed out of your money. Differin and so many other products are now readily available over the counter, Curology isn't anything special. Don't risk it, avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.

Just go to a normal store. To be honest this company looks great on the outside and work like every other skin care product out there. However they over charge by 100% in the beginning of my subscription they were fairly priced but then they charged me $185.95 and I was like what the actual he**. Over all save your money and just go to a in person store and get your products or if you’re in love with the company they now sell there full line at target. (Which also peeved me when they charge $20 for a cleaner but in target it’s only $15)

Jamie was a breath of fresh air to be… Jamie was a breath of fresh air to be able to deal with! Especially in this day, and age where Customer Service has pretty much turned into a one sided, pointless negotiation between a customer and a computer….

Shipment on hold Customer service responded quickly but I didn’t get a notification that my prescription needed to be updated or that my shipment was put on hold other than in the app which I barely ever log into or check. Email notifications would be more efficient.
