Good brace One of the better thumb stabilizer I have purchased. Got the first one at my Dr.'s office and was pleased how it relieved the pain and stiffness in my thumb, so I purchased several more. I am quite pleased with this product and will keep it on hand.

My order came pretty quick My order came pretty quick. The brace wasn't the right fit. Wearing it actually caused me to be in more pain. Apparently the return policy includes a 15% restocking fee and I also had to pay to have them shipped back. Which I don't think is fair cause how was I supposed to know that it wasn't going to fit me. My order was just under $100. I lost just about $30 and I still don't have the brace that I need.

My Dr has prescribed the VQ Orthocare OActive2 OA Knee Braces for both knees to be worn after Regenexx Stem Cell & PRP treatments. I had several questions over the Labor Day Weekend and Steve Senzik answered every one of them immediately. They offered fast, free shipping and a discount coupon for 10% off. When my shipment arrived only 1 brace was sent and it had a defective buckle. I notified Steve and along with numerous apologies, he placed a rush order for 2 more braces and included a return shipping label to return the defective brace.
