GBExcellent service from CPAPcom I ordered some product from CPAP.com. I was on holidays and used the address of the property rental agent. I was advised by Fedex that the product had been delivered 3 days previously. The rental agent said they did not recieve the product. I rang CPAP.com yesterday. They came back to me within a very short time to tell me they were shipping replacement product to me. I recieved the product today. I am in Key West. I do believe this is exceptional service. Well done CPAP.com. I have been using CPAP.com for several years and I have always found their service to be excellent

She was professional, helpful, delightful, could see what my issue was with ordering on the website, and knew how to resolve it. Charlsie had to do some research and contact her management, but she called me back in less than an hour, was able get my order submitted, and made me a satisfied customer.

GBWorst tech support ever Worst tech support ever. Machine still covered by warranty but they refer me to the manufacturer who of course ask that I go back to the original place where the machine was purchased. The whole process was unprofessional and time consuming. No reason to buy from CPAP.com Total lack of support

GBCPAP Upgrade I called CPAP.COM as the life of my machine indicated that it had been passed. I was fortunate enough to be connected with Korinne who not only understood what I requested but was able to recommend a solution that exactly met what I had described. In addition, she recommended an accessory that I did not know about but would really assist in the set-up that I would be using. She made the call productive and I am very happy with what I purchased.

GBWonderful experience both online and… Wonderful experience both online and dealing with Daryl C. The online system was great but was a little slow with my prescription (as not a great copy). While waiting got on the phone with Daryl and he was able to see my prescription and OK it. Completed the order with him and my mask will be on way today via FEDEX ground. After several !!WEEKS!! dealing with a local CPAP supplier I decided to go the online route after checking with my insurance who told me I could be reimbursed for my online order.
