Pros and cons of Retain eye drop use. Quick delivery. Sterilized individual containers. Cost is difficult when you need this ongoing and multiples daily. After my postop cataract surgery schedule I will look for an alternative I can afford to moisten my dry eyes. Also when you remove tip to open dropper, tip is very sharp and scratched my eye on first try. Since, I use a finger to elevate dropper above my eye to prevent this occurence again!

Everything was very good Everything was very good! My only issue was, based on the description and instructions of the reusable gel warm compress, that I wouldn't need to boil them each time. Still super convenient on the go when you don't have a microwave. I have other minor complaints that don't need mentioning in general about other products and just general expectations. I am new to these types of products. But I would definitely recommend your products to anyone. Just some better descriptions on certain products would help. I'd rather not say anymore. But overall, great!

I liked the fact that when I called frustrated with instructions I… I liked the fact that when I called I was listened to by customer service and the problem was resolved promptly. However, I am not happy with directions for how to use the Tranquil Eye mask. The directions say to heat the pucks for 90 seconds and yet heating them to only 75 seconds inflated the green pebbles where I needed to keep pushing the mesh bag where they were contained down. It also says nothing about watching to make sure the pucks stay submerged, which can actually cook the puck if it floats to the top. Anyway, a rather frustrating start.

My dry eye symptoms have completely… My dry eye symptoms have completely resolved with the De 3 Omega Oil soft gels!! They are so easy to take and no oil taste or burp up. My eyes used to water so much with the slightest breeze or cool air and now I can enjoy being outside on a fall or winter day and never have to wipe away another tear.
