I decided to take one tablet daily instead of three..The madness of using so much toilet paper is crazy ‼️ If this product going 2 work it's going work unless doing #2 frequently. and using three tablets daily. instead...Hopefully it will work including my exercise regimen will wait and see..... Good supplement Service is great. I bought the unflavored since it was also unsweetened. I figured this would allow me to add stevia instead to sweeten. The unflavored does have a flavor...which isn't the best, but isn't the worst. I can deal with it. I've used it in the coffee recipe (ok), in a strawberry smoothie (better), and in their pumpkin spice smoothie (excellent!). I plan on ordering again. It's a nutritional supplement...I wasn't expecting it to taste like steak lol!
