I don't know yet just started a day… I don't know yet just started a day ago.. Experience some slight cramping but I hope that will pass soon.. I decided to take one tablet daily instead of three..The madness of using so much toilet paper is crazy ‼️ If this product going 2 work it's going work unless doing #2 frequently. and using three tablets daily. instead...Hopefully it will work including my exercise regimen will wait and see..... I'm wishing for the best results.. Thank you

Good product - but costly. Like the product. However - now too expensive because of US / Canadian exchange rate, duty charges and postage charges ( in spite of which still took longer to arrive than usual). Will be looking for more cost friendly alternatives.
