Good product - but costly. Like the product. However - now too expensive because of US / Canadian exchange rate, duty charges and postage charges ( in spite of which still took longer to arrive than usual). Will be looking for more cost friendly alternatives.

I decided to take one tablet daily instead of three..The madness of using so much toilet paper is crazy ‼️ If this product going 2 work it's going work unless doing #2 frequently. and using three tablets daily. instead...Hopefully it will work including my exercise regimen will wait and see..... I'm wishing for the best results.. Thank you

I have been taking milk thistle for… I have been taking milk thistle for about a year. My liver enzymes had been elevated for about the last 9 years, I recently had my labs done and all liver enzymes levels are back to normal!!

Good supplement Service is great. I bought the unflavored since it was also unsweetened. I figured this would allow me to add stevia instead to sweeten. The unflavored does have a flavor...which isn't the best, but isn't the worst. I can deal with it. I've used it in the coffee recipe (ok), in a strawberry smoothie (better), and in their pumpkin spice smoothie (excellent!). I plan on ordering again. It's a nutritional supplement...I wasn't expecting it to taste like steak lol!
