Above and beyond The whole experience with this company was excellent since the beginning. I needed to correct my pupillary distance and KEISHA took care of that in the most efficient way. I was expecting my old frame back the way I sent them (packed in a box with bubble wrap) and received them carefully packed in a case with a pouch to protect them even after using them at home. Also, it's worth mentioning that I got all that for way less money than going to an optic nearby. LensDirect is EXCELLENT!

Super easy to follow website Super easy to follow website. I had to call them a couple of times because I had messed up. Everyone I spoke to (like Keisha) (which in of itself was amazing! And it was not a foreign call center! More amazing!!!) was super helpful, and accommodating and didn’t make me feel stupid for not being able to follow directions (smh!) I have used LensDirect in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

My thoughts on Lensdirect Lensdirect relensed my glasses for almost $110 less than what Walmart asked me to pay. I’m in Texas, they’re in New York, I was apprehensive they would get something wrong with my order. Nope. My glasses came earlier than they told me, they applied the discount which significantly reduced my final payment, Kayla Johnson their customer service rep, patiently answered all my questions, respectfully, even when I said their 30% discount sounded like a bait to me. My glasses are doing everything as they should, I can see clearly far and near because of my new, no line bifocals, it transitioned into the right color when I went into the sun.
