GBLens Direct had my previous order on… Lens Direct had my previous order on file. I tried to order online but that didn't work due to technical issues. I the tried Customer Service. Kissel was a delight. Not only did she have my last order but assisted me in every way possible to order what I wanted. Kissel is a true professional and is a credit to LD. She is knowledgeable and pleasant. I am one happy customer. It's true that Kissel is Customer Happiness!

GBAbove and beyond The whole experience with this company was excellent since the beginning. I needed to correct my pupillary distance and KEISHA took care of that in the most efficient way. I was expecting my old frame back the way I sent them (packed in a box with bubble wrap) and received them carefully packed in a case with a pouch to protect them even after using them at home. Also, it's worth mentioning that I got all that for way less money than going to an optic nearby. LensDirect is EXCELLENT!
