Charged for yearly renewal despite cancellation of the app last year I cancelled this app last year after paying over £50 and not finding it in any way useful for me. However although I cancelled the app...the renewal payment has gone out with PayPal a year later. I have asked for a refund, however looking at other reviews I'm not holding my breath for that. I have cancelled the automatic payment with PayPal so hopefully it won't happen again. But this company are a shambles and I'm not alone in saying so... if this was my company, I would be ashamed. But as long as they get your money they don't care what you think.... please stay clear.

I would agree with ALL bad reviews I would agree with ALL bad reviews. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL company. I too completed the test, subscribed for Personal Plan. Literally, was never able to access subscription. Emailed immediately. They also refused to Refund despite evidence. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Worst service ever Worst service ever! Never once used the service and it automatically renewed.

Fraudsters Terrible app, terrible / non-existent customer service. Have cancelled my subscription and these guys still try to charge me every month. Make sure any of you guys block all future payments via your bank. Absolute thief’s
