GBI really like the app and I am enjoying… I really like the app and I am enjoying it. Excited to learn more about it. My only disappointment is that I have had two onboarding visits scheduled and no one showed. If it weren't for that I would probably have given 4-5 stars.

CAHas anyone had success canceling Has anyone had success canceling. They refuse to answer my email request. I’ve gone on their website and messaged them that way. Nothing, can we report them to someone? Feeling so frustrated

GBAbsolutely Awful : Dont Buy Absolutely Awful, will update if i get my money back but so sad that people are trying to manage symptoms and this company are taking complete advantage of a mental health condition, with a hidden auto renewal even when youve cancelled the subscription, really horrible behaviour.

GBCharged for yearly renewal despite cancellation of the app last year I cancelled this app last year after paying over £50 and not finding it in any way useful for me. However although I cancelled the app...the renewal payment has gone out with PayPal a year later. I have asked for a refund, however looking at other reviews I'm not holding my breath for that. I have cancelled the automatic payment with PayPal so hopefully it won't happen again. But this company are a shambles and I'm not alone in saying so... if this was my company, I would be ashamed. But as long as they get your money they don't care what you think.... please stay clear.
