GBSupposed to be a wellness app that… Supposed to be a wellness app that takes advantage of people with a vulnerable mental health illnesses but promising an interactive helpful platform, In reality they just want your money, as soon as they have it, you don’t matter Purchased this app as after many many adverts I thought it would help. I downloaded the app and believed I was using the free trial, after a few days it was very obvious that the app is very poorly platformed and not user friendly. Fast forward 2 weeks after deleting the app I get a bill for £26… no clear indication to me as a user that I had subscribed to a monthly fee… I wouldn’t really have minded if the app was worth it, but the fact that it really wasn’t left a bitter taste. Having hoped this would be viewed by the company and a human error on both sides, they flatly refused any refund even tho it was evident I hadn’t used the app. Took forever to come back to emails which I would have to chase. It feels like a scam and a con which a few others have mentioned in comments. Please steer well clear… And to add they don’t let you cancel through the app, you have to send email and cancel that way… no where to tell you how to do this on the app mind… and that’s hoping they come back to you. This is just a selling platform, offers to buy book after book after book. So glad they only managed to take one payment… they won’t get another penny off me.

GBIT'S A SCAM IT'S A SCAM. Do not sign up, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. They will keep on charging you with NO warning and NO RECEIPT. You will only know if your credit card company sends you alerts. They will NOT REFUND your money and will gaslight you into believing that you did not cancel, which you will have no proof of because, as mentioned, THEY DO NOT SEND RECEIPTS. It is a bogus app that is not user friendly in the least. I don't know how they got away with claiming it is for those with ADHD.

CAScam artists. Sh** customer service Ad popped up, I was curious to see how much it was. Trying to see if it was CAD or USD and I signed into my PayPal to just see if there were any hidden fees. Next thing I know, I get a confirmation of purchase and PayPal won't even refund me. This app is a scam, had I read reviews prior to even considering it, I never would have clicked on the damn app. Now I'm $82 out and the customer service says sorry, no refund. I didn't even agree to the purchase you scumbags.

GBA few tweaks to make it great I've only used for a few days but it's been good so far. I have noticed that on my Android, when I click on the notification 'how are you' there seems to be a glitch which means the apps page keeps restarting until I force close it. I'd also say that the symptoms and factors need a bit of explaining. It took me a while to realise what they are for. If I add my own factors, they are there for a day to select but disappear again the next day. It would be good if one could make a selection which then is available every day. It's a good little app which just needs a few tweaks to make it great.
