They are the professionals They are the professionals! my experience here was nothing short of exceptional. I can't say enough good things about the BHTs and the therapists. Also the cooks and the cleaning staff were always so nice and had a smile on their face. Without question I would recommend FHE to anyone who needs mental health assistance.

The team here went above and… The team here went above and beyond-especially the bht team- to make sure my stay was working for me. I came in with several medical issues as well which were taken into account and they helped me see specialists for. You can tell they care and it's not just about a paycheck for them, there's something different about this place. I couldn't be more grateful for my experience. Give them a call if you or someone you know could use treatment

No follow up on their end, what a joke this place has become!! Called and emailed like they said in the rebuttal they gave to my review....and they put me on hold several times and have not answered my email. This place is rapidly going downhill. Do not go here. There are other programs for first responders.

☺️ happy DEFINITELY call FHE- Their team is AMAZING - especially their neuro team. Such an amazing technology! I have close experience with how well their PTSD treatment and sleep issue treatment has worked. It's a night and day difference. The group therapy sessions were also helpful in connecting with others and learning how important support groups are. I'd say to definitely make sure you're clear on insurance and payment - I never felt pressured, but billing can be complicated - they were very helpful in explaining what I needed to pay and what I should expect insurance to cover.

Admissions was pushy and made it seem… Admissions was pushy and made it seem like they were calling to "check in". I was given a false sense of what the program provides. Massage!! 5 minutes of a seated back massage in a dark group room. They refused to provide the appropriate medications and supplements and told me numerous times that I would have to talk to the doctor. No doctor available. The intake was humiliating. A skin check and urine test done in an open bathroom that was visible to people in the intake room. My room had a camera. Nobody told me that. I came out of the bathroom to get dressed, so who knows who saw my nude body. Living conditions in an old, dark hotel-under lock down. I was highly disappointed and left after 3 days.
