Admissions was pushy and made it seem… Admissions was pushy and made it seem like they were calling to "check in". I was given a false sense of what the program provides. Massage!! 5 minutes of a seated back massage in a dark group room. They refused to provide the appropriate medications and supplements and told me numerous times that I would have to talk to the doctor. No doctor available. The intake was humiliating. A skin check and urine test done in an open bathroom that was visible to people in the intake room. My room had a camera. Nobody told me that. I came out of the bathroom to get dressed, so who knows who saw my nude body. Living conditions in an old, dark hotel-under lock down. I was highly disappointed and left after 3 days.

This place is a beacon for hope This place is a beacon for hope for those seeking help. I went to FHE for depression and trauma i've been dealing with for most of my life. I was initially hesitant, but their dedication won me over. The compassion and expertise of the staff are truly impressive. They have so many experts on their campus as well as well run groups with other patients. I left FHE with a deeper understanding of my condition and the tools i needed to lead a healthier life.

I highlight recommend FHE Health I highlight recommend FHE Health. It's meant so much to me. It's not just been a lifeline, not just a detox center, but a restart on my life. My therapist took my concerns seriously and i was provided with a pathway to a better future. Of course they can't force you to take the path. But they gave me the environment and support to start down that journey. They provide better care than anywhere I know and that's why I recommend them.

The team here went above and… The team here went above and beyond-especially the bht team- to make sure my stay was working for me. I came in with several medical issues as well which were taken into account and they helped me see specialists for. You can tell they care and it's not just about a paycheck for them, there's something different about this place. I couldn't be more grateful for my experience. Give them a call if you or someone you know could use treatment

No follow up on their end, what a joke this place has become!! Called and emailed like they said in the rebuttal they gave to my review....and they put me on hold several times and have not answered my email. This place is rapidly going downhill. Do not go here. There are other programs for first responders.
