Admissions was pushy and made it seem… Admissions was pushy and made it seem like they were calling to "check in". I was given a false sense of what the program provides. Massage!! 5 minutes of a seated back massage in a dark group room. They refused to provide the appropriate medications and supplements and told me numerous times that I would have to talk to the doctor. No doctor available. The intake was humiliating. A skin check and urine test done in an open bathroom that was visible to people in the intake room. My room had a camera. Nobody told me that. I came out of the bathroom to get dressed, so who knows who saw my nude body. Living conditions in an old, dark hotel-under lock down. I was highly disappointed and left after 3 days.

I stayed at F-H-E for over a month and… I stayed at F-H-E for over a month and it was just better. The alumni program is great, there are meetings on campus and in the end, i'm happy I choose FHE. If your insurance will cover all or some of it, i absolutely recommend giving them a call (they will be able to tell you). It's the best place I've been to and was a really important step for me in my journey. Thanks F-H-E team!

Admission lied in my face about what… Admission lied in my face about what would be allowed here and what is treated there. Come here to be treated like a criminal. Do not come here for ASD or ADHD or similar. The intake process alone is bad for that condition. Over 100 phonecalls in one month from admissions, a lot at wildly inappropriate times. Borderline harassment. Upon attempting to call my advocate, they did not answer and I was told that I can either check in now or leave. My Advocate was not going to be able to call me back immediately so I left to avoid being checked in to a place that has a hard time giving you the truth depending on which department you're talking to. Now I'm on the street in another state until I figure out what to do. Admissions called me after I left and continued to harass me despite hanging up multiple times. This place really needs to take it easy on the harassment. I used the last of my money to travel here from c t only to be lied to. Standard american healthcare, Doctors are locked behild terrible admin and program directors. Shame on all of you and your bottom line.

No follow up on their end, what a joke this place has become!! Called and emailed like they said in the rebuttal they gave to my review....and they put me on hold several times and have not answered my email. This place is rapidly going downhill. Do not go here. There are other programs for first responders.

I can't thank FHE Health enough I can't thank FHE Health enough for the positive changes they brought into my life. The dedication of the staff and their willingness to take feedback seriously truly impressed me. The improvements in living conditions and aftercare support make it clear that FHE Health is on the path to providing even better care. It's a detox center I wholeheartedly recommend and the follow-up of their alumni team is amazing as well. I've been to other places, but FHE is just better.
