Great POS System and hardware for my grocery store. I was skeptical about it, if it would be easy to learn, but it’s a great POS System very easy to learn and understand, and the hardware is great, too. Also Ciara gave me a great training sessions and she was with on going live the first day. Also they offer more training if ever need more help.

I am giving 5 stars because Edgar with… I am giving 5 stars because Edgar with tech support has been great everytime I work with him. He really knows his stuff. When it comes to the software itself there are some bugs and issues that really fall on the development team. I was hoping to be able to speak with the development team directly to discuss these bugs and get some insight on what features are on the roadmap. There are some key things missing from this software that are standard on other platforms that I hope I can push to have added or at least give suggestions from a customer perspective. We are the ones using the software everyday so I feel like that only makes sense.

Harry W was super helpful answering all… Harry W was super helpful answering all my questions and setting up my label printer with my new system. There was no wait and i was able to reach him and get my issue resolved very quickly.

We have several outstanding support… We have several outstanding support tickets that are yet to be resolved. We never receive a call back on any of these issues to give us a progress report unless we contact our sales rep. Our lanes will just crash for no reason and then the printer stops working or the scanner stops working in the middle of an order. Right now Lane 1 has no customer screen because they can't figure out how to turn it back on and have the cashier side working right. Constant issues that we're told no one else ever has which I find hard to believe that we would be the only store to have these problems. Very dissatisfied.

ITRetail POS great software for any markets needed. Our family owns and operates 4 Markets 3k square feet to 43k square feet. We run IT Retail POS in all of our markets. I have used ITRetail Professional and Market and have reaped the benefits of both systems depending on the size and operation of our location. I have also developed a great relationship with both their development team and support team whenever I have a problem or issue they are always helpful in resolving my issue. I would highly recommend ITRetail for anyone’s Grocery POS needs.
