GBQuick Response The quick response is wonderful instead of wasting a day trying to find a provider who can squeeze you in to their schedule. I had my appointment and an hour later was taking my first dose of medication for the illness. Perfect experience! (except for the illness).

GBSuperior Both times, doctors quickly and effectively helped our children (we only seek help when it's needed and both times pediatrician has failed or wanted us to come for 'another evaluation'= office visit $) but Teladoc proved to be the best choice. GBHelps late at night With my insurance, the teladoc was $0 copay. While they couldn't help with my issue they did help determine if I could wait until the morning or needed to goto an ER. It was Sunday night so ER was the only place open if I couldn't wait. Also called in a prescription to my local pharmacy for an anti-nausea medication to help until I got to my regular doctor.

GBConvenient, Fast, Helpful, I was able to create an account and get in touch with a doctor within 30 minutes - close to midnight on a Saturday! The appointment itself was a wonderful experience. The female doctor was kind and a good listener. She explained things clearly and was very helpful in providing advice on next steps. Although I wasn't able to get a prescription on the same call/night (not because of the doctor, but due to policy), I was able to visit an urgent care the next day as advised, and did get my prescription.

GBThe provider was respectful and… The provider was respectful and listened to the symptoms my son was having. He was able to give a diagnosis based off his symptoms and even prescribe him medication that’s been helping him feel so much better. The best part was not having to bring a sick child out of the house.
