Did not have to waste half a day of work in order to go into the clinic to visit the doctor in person. Doctor listened, gave me the correct diagnosis and I picked up my prescription the very day. Will always be using this service moving forward.

GBUTI Lifesaver It was a late Saturday night when my UTI symptoms started. I went to the store for over OTC medicine. The symptoms didn't go away and I didn't get any sleep. on Sunday morning I called Teladoc and got a prescription within hours. Thank goodness it worked! If it weren't for Teladoc I would have been in pain much longer and the infection could have gotten worse before I could get into my PCP.

GBGreat way to get non-emergency help What was great about this was the ingenuity of the idea- I had a full on doctor's office from the comfort of my home for the same price as a co-pay for an actual in person visit. I was able to upload pictures and have a video chat with the doctor, and when he prescribed something, it went directly to my usual pharmacy. Great service, will definitely use again!

GBDr. Shelby from Texas Dr. Shelby from Texas is such an amazing doctor. Very respectful and knowledgeable with compassion and understanding. I had a bad experience intially with the first doctor that encountered with Teladoc and bowed not to use the program anymore but Thank God for second chances. Thank you Dr. Shelby! We need more doctors like yourself.

GBExcellent care The care I have recieved from my providers has been excellent. The only area for improvement I can recommend is for teladoc to fix the user interface. The video experience is not on par with what we've all come to expect especially compared to zoom and MS Teams. That said I still give them a "10".
