Extremely convenient doing the visit… Extremely convenient doing the visit via tele conference. Did not have to waste half a day of work in order to go into the clinic to visit the doctor in person. Doctor listened, gave me the correct diagnosis and I picked up my prescription the very day. Will always be using this service moving forward.

Dr. Shelby from Texas Dr. Shelby from Texas is such an amazing doctor. Very respectful and knowledgeable with compassion and understanding. I had a bad experience intially with the first doctor that encountered with Teladoc and bowed not to use the program anymore but Thank God for second chances. Thank you Dr. Shelby! We need more doctors like yourself.

Convenient, Fast, Helpful, I was able to create an account and get in touch with a doctor within 30 minutes - close to midnight on a Saturday! The appointment itself was a wonderful experience. The female doctor was kind and a good listener. She explained things clearly and was very helpful in providing advice on next steps. Although I wasn't able to get a prescription on the same call/night (not because of the doctor, but due to policy), I was able to visit an urgent care the next day as advised, and did get my prescription.

They take out the Care in Healthcare For a company that touts immediate support i was unable to reach anyone via multiple attempts for over a week. The App is abysmal. The Doctors make the briefest attempt to contact you before hanging up. I guess they practice the FedEx method of ring the doorbell once and then walk away because they have more important priorities. I called back multiple times with an emergency situation only to get emails and texts that "we tried to reach you, WHILE I WAS IN THEIR WAITING ROOM ON THE APP. Id imagine this is the result of "expeditious healthcare with NO emphasis on CARE. I'm appalled they are in business.

Excellent care The care I have recieved from my providers has been excellent. The only area for improvement I can recommend is for teladoc to fix the user interface. The video experience is not on par with what we've all come to expect especially compared to zoom and MS Teams. That said I still give them a "10".
