GBIt has streamlined so many processes It has streamlined so many processes. Everyone on our team now knows exactly where everything lives and can access it themselves. Before we just had a dropbox account that everyone accessed under the same generic login. There was no accountability of oversight. Now were are able to track any changes that are made, easily collaborate, and get what we need, when we need it.

GBCanto for hotels Canto makes finding the right assets so easy. The Chrome plugin is great - you can find a photo and drag/drop it into your current project without having to open another program. The only downside was how long it took to move all of our assets into the system and organize/tag them. We did it with our in-house marketing team and it was a huge process. Overall, Canto speeds up our day-to-day work, since we're not sifting through folders trying to find the image we're looking for.

GBPossibly the easiest photo software to… Possibly the easiest photo software to use! We use this to manage job site images as well as for our internal marketing team to easily grab and share images as well as being able to sort them easily into folders for sales reps to use with customers while on job sites. You can edit versions of photos while always keeping the original version intact in case you ever need it again. You can easily watermark photos and set expiration dates on links that are sent externally from your company. Easy to setup and easy to use!

GBEasy to navigate and customizable I use Canto to manage images for marketing and website purposes. So far this is my favorite file management system. It is easy to navigate no matter the person's skill level. I can share files via email or a link. I can make folders private if not everyone has the copyright to use the photo. I can select the file size when downloading and select the dimensions I want. Thumbnail loading can lag sometimes but the downloading is fast. I recommend Canto!

GBForced Cookie Acceptance Blocks Ability to Read Privacy Policy Visited Canto to explore image tag editors, and couldn't interact with anything on their site because of the persistent Cookie Acceptance dialogue box, which actually blocks you from being able to read the Privacy Policy. Because the dialogue box blocks any site interaction whatsoever, you can't scroll through the policy and see what it is you're actually agreeing to. Since they offer no way to set your cookie preferences—it's all or nothing—you have no idea to what extent they're tracking, using, or selling your data. Whether it's intentional, or just a webdev oversight, it's BAD FORM. I would typically mention something like this in a contact form, but again, you can't actually use the contact form until you've agreed to a policy that Canto prevents you from reading. Will update review upon resolution of this issue.
