I am really excited that my company decided to implement Canto as part of our file management process. We have files that people all over the world need to be able to download and different places people go to look. Using Canto I am able to link assets in different areas, but only update and manage within Canto. It has made it really easy to keep up-to-date collateral in all the places.

Simple DAM that quickly solves asset management issues Pros: Simple to use and works in both a browser and a desktop app. It has previews for Adobe native files which helps a lot when looking for specific assets. Cons: The UI isn't great — it's not easy to view + pull down assets quickly without "going into" them. The UX could definitely benefit from some tweaking, but no major issues blocking functionality. Overall: Simple tool to solve DAM needs!

Possibly the easiest photo software to… Possibly the easiest photo software to use! We use this to manage job site images as well as for our internal marketing team to easily grab and share images as well as being able to sort them easily into folders for sales reps to use with customers while on job sites. You can edit versions of photos while always keeping the original version intact in case you ever need it again. You can easily watermark photos and set expiration dates on links that are sent externally from your company. Easy to setup and easy to use!

Canto has really streamlined our… Canto has really streamlined our process, and it has allowed us to MUCH more easily share things with our team across the state. The start-up process was rough and a bit confusing, but we have been able to really jump into using the system more as we understand it. The support team rolling out updates and creating a better product over time is amazing. It makes me confident that the product can only get better!

Canto for hotels Canto makes finding the right assets so easy. The Chrome plugin is great - you can find a photo and drag/drop it into your current project without having to open another program. The only downside was how long it took to move all of our assets into the system and organize/tag them. We did it with our in-house marketing team and it was a huge process. Overall, Canto speeds up our day-to-day work, since we're not sifting through folders trying to find the image we're looking for.
