On of the most valuable functions is that we can add release dates based on when our shows air, or when a magazine hits newsstands. The Canto DAM has been an incredibly positive experience. The team at Canto has been amazing to work with and always has or will source answers and tips with a quick turnaround. I'm looking forward to years of using this system as an internal research and sharing tool, as well as a marketing tool for our external partners.

Great Cloud Storage Solution Canto has made file storage issues a thing of the past. We are able to quickly and easily upload images or files and quickly share them to anyone. Building your image database has also never been easier. Consumers can use a link and upload images that are first proofed by an admin you choose and easily sorted into files for quick reference later. The meta tags and search function is also extremely powerful and easy to use.

Simple DAM that quickly solves asset management issues Pros: Simple to use and works in both a browser and a desktop app. It has previews for Adobe native files which helps a lot when looking for specific assets. Cons: The UI isn't great — it's not easy to view + pull down assets quickly without "going into" them. The UX could definitely benefit from some tweaking, but no major issues blocking functionality. Overall: Simple tool to solve DAM needs!

Yes We Can(to) We use Canto to keep track of all of our projects across departments and topics. It is mostly used within the Marketing departments, and it helps us keep organized, especially if edits are made! It's great that we can update the files within a folder and the link will remain the same for those who have it.
