Equity Commerce have been very helpful in the transition between companies. Equity Commerce has done a wonderful job in helping with the transition between companies. To date we have seen savings from making the move to equity commerce. Josh is very easy to contact and if for some reason he is not available to take a call he returns my call within a very small time period. The only real problem we have had during this switch is becoming pci compliant but we need to have our IT tech make changes here in order for us to pass it is out of equity commerce control at this point.

Great Coustomer service, answered every question I had. So far my experience with this company has been wonderful! It was very easy and quick to set up the account over the phone. I ordered my reader before a holiday so I will be receiving that soon, I even received a packet with the sticker that says we now accept visa, MasterCard exc. which I am very excited about! I think this was an awesome addition to starting up my business and can't wait to see the ease of use with the reader, and the rates are the lowest I found anywhere. The coustomer service was great they walked me through every step of the whole process. I would definitely reccomend this to my friends!

I've been pleased with the service. :) I was happy with the experience getting my account set up for my credit card reader. It was a little drawn out, but I think worth it. It seems much more legitimate than the square. It comes with security features and I have a direct contact. So if I have any issues or problems, I can call her directly for help. My contact was very nice and helpful.

Excellent & trustworthy merchant processor Equity commerce has been great for us. They showed us we didn't have to lease equipment, and didn't have to sign a contract with those cancellation fees.
