GBthey Do what they promise. The best way to describe what the do for me is by keeping me informed by not only their very easy web site, but by e-mails and yes by USPS!. They are taking care of a very sensitive and private matter for me and at every contact with them its very apparent they understand this.

GBI agree that the customer service is… I agree that the customer service is poor and needs some improvement. I waited on the phone line for 20 minutes, and the lady on the phone had no idea what to do with my issue and just hung up on me!

GBMuch better than expected! Our company constantly had people calling to get us to change merchant service providers. We were, quite frankly, satisified with our old company, and really didn't see any need to change. Sometimes it is much easier to just keep things the same. But, once we decided to make the switch, we were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went after the change. No broken promises, no hidden charges, no frustrations. Service has been excellent and very much appreciated.

GBSwitched over and lovin' it--BIG TIME!! We just switched our credit card processing over a month ago. OMG!! I'm so excited...STILL! LOL I find the way to enter information is so easy. It didn't take me long at all to get the hang of it. We have to do everything by computer so its a little more involved but the one thing I ABSOLUTELY am in love with is the "recurring" transaction option. Too cool and what a time saver for me! We should've done this a long time ago...what were we thinkin?? Oh yeah and the customer service is freakin' amazing! Thanks Equity...you guys rock!!!
