Equity Commerce have been very helpful in the transition between companies. Equity Commerce has done a wonderful job in helping with the transition between companies. To date we have seen savings from making the move to equity commerce. Josh is very easy to contact and if for some reason he is not available to take a call he returns my call within a very small time period. The only real problem we have had during this switch is becoming pci compliant but we need to have our IT tech make changes here in order for us to pass it is out of equity commerce control at this point.

Great Coustomer service, answered every question I had. So far my experience with this company has been wonderful! It was very easy and quick to set up the account over the phone. I ordered my reader before a holiday so I will be receiving that soon, I even received a packet with the sticker that says we now accept visa, MasterCard exc. which I am very excited about! I think this was an awesome addition to starting up my business and can't wait to see the ease of use with the reader, and the rates are the lowest I found anywhere. The coustomer service was great they walked me through every step of the whole process. I would definitely reccomend this to my friends!

great customer service I actually haven't had my card reader long enough to have used it yet, I have been satisfied with the service I've received, quick responses & knowledgeable staff. One thing I was disappointed about was the card reader doesn't connect while I have my Otter Box case on my iPhone. Since having cases are pretty common with this phone, I would've liked a solution to that before I received my reader. I'll have to remove my case each time I use it, or buy an extender which is about $30.

Customer service at it's best. I am new to the company but was very impressed with the ease of getting everying done. In addition, very speedy response to any questions that come up.
