GBThey make it impossible to cancel service I got this for my friend who lives alone and has Alheimer's early stage. He wore the device for almost three years and then refused to wear it. I called and cancelled the service on November 10, 2023. My credit card company kept paying them regardless of my instructions. Finally, the credit company refunded me three months worth and demanded the money back from Medical Guardian. MG is now harassing me via phone calls and email to pay them. Letters written to headquarters go unanswered. This is definitely dishonest and gouging business practice. The device has been unplugged since November 2023 so they are not owed any money for service.

GBI haven't had to use my Guardian yet… I haven't had to use my Guardian yet (thank heaven), but I feel safe when I'm wearing it.

GBHaven’t really had to use for help Haven’t really had to use for help. However, when I tested, it works fine.

GBGreat service Fortunately, I have not experienced an emergency need, but I have had two equipment issues over the years. One was resolved on the first phone call by the tech staff. Another time I misplaced my device and a replacement was sent overnight with a prepaid form to return the original if it was found (which it was). Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. (Date is estimated)

GBFirst Time… This was the first time I had to use Medical Guardian so I pressed my button and let the box go thru the questions. After I said I need help, I thought it took way too long for a human to come on the line , it kept saying something that I couldn’t understand and then finally a dispatcher came on.
