Extremely satisfied with my device Extremely satisfied with my device. It gives me peace of mind knowing there is someone readily available if I have a fall or medical emergency.

I have the MG Mini-Lite model. I have the MG Mini-Lite model. Comfortable. Easy to wear. Not heavy or bulky. Water Resistant. Service is good. Questions answered quickly. I have recommended this to several people who asked where I got my Mini-Lite.

They make it impossible to cancel service I got this for my friend who lives alone and has Alheimer's early stage. He wore the device for almost three years and then refused to wear it. I called and cancelled the service on November 10, 2023. My credit card company kept paying them regardless of my instructions. Finally, the credit company refunded me three months worth and demanded the money back from Medical Guardian. MG is now harassing me via phone calls and email to pay them. Letters written to headquarters go unanswered. This is definitely dishonest and gouging business practice. The device has been unplugged since November 2023 so they are not owed any money for service.

I gave two stars so you would be… I gave two stars so you would be willing to read. Use another company . Medical guardian lacks consistency when you call. There is no such thing as a call back supervisor. Therr is a fair amount of time spent troubleshooting issues and they changed my service from Verizon to at and t without asking or telling me. I was told connection was bad and to call 911. That is just the start. I really just want to feel safe. I got it after four months in hospital and brain surgery from fall. Go somewhèe else l. I think they coast on a reputation unearned.

I haven't had to use my Guardian yet… I haven't had to use my Guardian yet (thank heaven), but I feel safe when I'm wearing it.
