GBWrist unit Everyone I have talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently ordered the wrist alert button unit and was very excited about it. I was told it would arrive in 7 to 10 days, my unit arrived 3 days after I ordered it!! I am very pleased with it!!

GBVery dependable My mom is 96 and she cannot hear. Usually someone is with her at all times but she hits the button when she goes to her room or the restroom. I respond quickly and the operators are so nice. If I am home for awhile they will contact me right away. Both mom and I feel protected

GBHaven’t really had to use for help Haven’t really had to use for help. However, when I tested, it works fine.

GBFraudulent business practice The reason for my 2 star review is based on my decision to not accept fall notification. To have to pay $10 more is, to me, having to pay twice. Why else would I pay $40/mo for help when I’ve fallen if not to get help when it’s needed? At best, I see their business model as a sham to entice seniors to pay for something that is already an essential reason for the subscription.

GBThe Medical Guardian helps Reassure Living alone isn't fun. At times, it can be nerve-wracking, especially when there may be a medical ussue or a fall. Having my Medicak Guardian helps reassure me that help is close by at any hour without needing to phone anyone. Fall detection is an amazing addition.
