GBSnug Safety seems wonderful so far Snug Safety seems wonderful so far. I signed up earlier this week for the free service and have so far "checked in" for 2 days and I feel much better about living alone.

GBHappy Customer I recently got the Snug app. I have the free option where I choose one time to check in every day. I've been using it about a week or so and one time I intentionally did not check in to make sure my emergency contacts were notified. Exactly 10 minutes after my check in time that I did not check in, on purpose, Snug texted my emergency contacts. So far I am very happy with the free option of one time check-in via text messaging. Eventually I may go to the pay option where they will contact you via a dispatcher and if they don't hear from you they will leave a voicemail to your phone. If you do not call them back then the dispatcher will contact your emergency contacts twice. Either way I am pretty happy with the snug app and I'm going to stay with them for the foreseeable future. I live alone and I have a pet so having this feature gives me peace of mind. Please give them a try.

GBGreat Idea To be a little macabre, I've been thinking about what if I pass away here at home, and no one calls or looks in on me for days (sometimes they don't). Icky. I've just signed up and I think it will give some peace of mind.

GBSNUG is a great service! I have used SNUG for several years and I love it! Living alone and not seeing people often (such as in the pandemic) I wanted to be sure that if something happened to me there would be a way to get help. SNUG does that, easily. Recently I was without my mobile phone and couldn't check in using the app. I sent an email and immediately received a response including a way to check in using a different phone or land line. It worked out just fine. Not only is the SNUG service excellent, but it's free, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend it.

GBGreat App - Very Poor Customer Service The app works perfectly and the dispatch service is super vigilant. But if you call customer service you must leave a message and they don't return your calls. If you send an email, it will likewise be ignored! It's incredible that a company would produce such a great product and then ruin their reputation with dismal customer service.
