GBSNUG is a great service! I have used SNUG for several years and I love it! Living alone and not seeing people often (such as in the pandemic) I wanted to be sure that if something happened to me there would be a way to get help. SNUG does that, easily. Recently I was without my mobile phone and couldn't check in using the app. I sent an email and immediately received a response including a way to check in using a different phone or land line. It worked out just fine. Not only is the SNUG service excellent, but it's free, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend it.

GBI love this app I love this app! It's allowing a close family member of mine to live independently in their home and that means the world to me. I love how there is a set time to check in but if the user wants to check in earlier they can. It reassures me that he's ok but still giving him some privacy and removes some of the stress of me of having to take an active roll in remembering to check-in daily with him. Additionally the app support team was very helpful and followed up on all of my questions. It was easy to setup, simple to use and to teach it to my less-tech-savy family. Love it! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

GBThis should be 0 star This should be 0 star, not even one. I paid $99 for the so-called 'Dispatch plan' but I hadn't gotten any confirmation email or text message nor had my emergency contact. Eventually I have received a link to log into the customer portal, but it doesn't have anything beside my current plan, the price I paid for it and the expiration/renewal date. It doesn't provide any means of communication. I can only add another payment method and sign out. I am not sure why it's called a 'portal'. It's only a fancy looking app. There is no way to communicate with anybody. I think it's only one person who pretends to have an office or any means to 'dispatch' anybody even your emergency contacts. It's a sham.

GBSnug Safety seems wonderful so far Snug Safety seems wonderful so far. I signed up earlier this week for the free service and have so far "checked in" for 2 days and I feel much better about living alone.

GBHappy Customer I recently got the Snug app. I have the free option where I choose one time to check in every day. I've been using it about a week or so and one time I intentionally did not check in to make sure my emergency contacts were notified. Exactly 10 minutes after my check in time that I did not check in, on purpose, Snug texted my emergency contacts. So far I am very happy with the free option of one time check-in via text messaging. Eventually I may go to the pay option where they will contact you via a dispatcher and if they don't hear from you they will leave a voicemail to your phone. If you do not call them back then the dispatcher will contact your emergency contacts twice. Either way I am pretty happy with the snug app and I'm going to stay with them for the foreseeable future. I live alone and I have a pet so having this feature gives me peace of mind. Please give them a try.
