True Guardian Angels.... My husband was suddenly hospitalized while in France and we needed help safely getting home to San Francisco. Richard and Advanced Air Ambulance could not have been more AMAZING...helpful, supportive, kind, timely, tactically action oriented, professional, efficient, caring....really perfect. They advised on us flights...airports....ground transport...medical escorts...multiple options...then helping to sort through the options. All arrangements were easy to make because someone from the team consistently answer the phone as well as thoroughly answering all my questions no matter how many times I may have asked to have something repeated. Even when the wire transfer took extra time due to the weekend they were totale supportive an understanding of the situation. I highly recommend this service!
