All arrangements were easy to make because someone from the team consistently answer the phone as well as thoroughly answering all my questions no matter how many times I may have asked to have something repeated. Even when the wire transfer took extra time due to the weekend they were totale supportive an understanding of the situation. I highly recommend this service!

They literally helped save my wife’s life ‼️There is no other way to say it than that AARC (Advanced Air Ambulance Corp) by way of their relentless Representative Richard Abbara saved my wife’s life. My wife suffered a life threatening injury while we were on vacation last month for our anniversary. After 2days of calling companies to get her transported back to the United States, Richard called me back and organized a charter jet to get her out of there same day - a miracle especially during the weekend. Delivered on every promise Wow. I hoped I would never have to use a service like this. However, when we needed to transport my mother from North Carolina to Florida, the team at Advanced Air Ambulance was nothing short of spectacular. I knew as soon as I gave Richard all the pertinent information, he had control of all the logistics. they were extremely punctual and delivered on their promise of timeliness, safety, and care. True Professionals During what is one of the most stressful experiences of any family member going through a medical emergency, I can not speak highly enough by the professionalism and execution of Advanced Air Ambulance. They were extremely responsive, timely and flexible to deal with through the entire process. The transfer flight from Aruba to Boston was so smooth and they took care of everything along the way from pick up to delivery until my dad was secure in the hospital. Highly recommend their services when you need them the most.
