Advanced Air Ambulance is Excellent Advanced Air Ambulance is excellent in every respect. Advanced Air Ambulances provides excellent service, great care for their patience and great value. We were in Italy traveling and my wife fell and broke her pelvis and had additional complications. I contacted air ambulance companies but Advanced Air Ambulance was the most responsive. Richard is awesome and kept in contact with us and informed. On the day that my wife got out of the hospital, I contacted him and within a day he had arrangements made for my wife to return to the US by air ambulance. Richard also arranged for ground ambulance transportation in Rome, Istanbul and Los Angeles. Two flight nurses who were ICU trained took great care of my wife on the two flights home by providing life support and medications and were excellent, professional and caring. The nurses also helped us at the airports in Rome and Istanbul with boarding and customs. When we arrived in Los Angeles, the two nurses followed us home to check on my wife and to make sure she was well. This is rare nowadays. There was not a single glitch or problem from leaving the hotel in Rome, on the flights to Los Angeles and arriving at our home in Los Angeles. We are blessed, thankful and grateful to Advanced Air Ambulance, especially Richard. I highly recommend Advanced Air Ambulance as they are the best. They deserve more than FIVE STARS for their great service, compassionate care, responsiveness and assistance.

They literally helped save my wife’s life ‼️There is no other way to say it than that AARC (Advanced Air Ambulance Corp) by way of their relentless Representative Richard Abbara saved my wife’s life. My wife suffered a life threatening injury while we were on vacation last month for our anniversary. After 2days of calling companies to get her transported back to the United States, Richard called me back and organized a charter jet to get her out of there same day - a miracle especially during the weekend. We were in the care of some of the top neurologists in the country by 11:30pm the same day. God bless you, Richard and AARC. My family and I are forever in your debt. Amazing Air Ambulance experience! RE: Advanced Air Ambulance, Corp- Miami I truly cannot say enough about this company! They assisted us in getting hospital admittance in Miami. Kept in communications with both current and transferred hospitals. Our representative, Richard helped us get both admitted and financial cleared at the new hospital so that we could get our sister released from the overseas hospital. I did not feel alone in this process, as he proactively helped me navigate each obstacle we faced in getting her released. The medical team that arrived was top notch! They also coordinated all ground ambulance transport to and from the plane. Once they were picked up Richard send a confirmation email when they were in the air. Thank you, we are all forever indebted to you all.
