We had this system for my mother-in-law for about 3-4 years and we never had to worry because we saw the response time was excellent.

Great Customer Service New customer and cheaper watch didn't work as went off today and didn't even know. Helped find better alternative and gave me discount price for SOS watch since would been best choice from beginning anyway. Great company overall!
