GBOverall rating excellent but do have a… Overall rating excellent but do have a suggestion: In the past have received shipments without any shipping invoice inside boxes....have been informed shipments are in route and then items lost in transit.....would be good if customers always receive shipping invoices and tracking numbers.

GBChase has been helping me out for the… Chase has been helping me out for the past year. This was all new to me and intimidating. I had to start catheterizing on my own because I had terrible treatments from local urologists. Chase is professional, patient and caring. He gave me a lot of information and helped me get through it all. There was immediate delivery of product and excellent follow-up. I wish other corporations had more employees like Chase and the world would be a better place.

GBIt was life changing for me. It was life changing for me to receive catheters from Patient Care Medical. I had been reusing (alcohol soaked) ones that I received in 1992 after my cancer surgery. I never thought that I could afford to purchase them. Patient Care Medical was understanding of my situation and worked with me and my insurance. I’ll always be grateful to them.
