Lara at Patient Care Medical truly took the stress out of ordering catheters Lara knows her industry so well that after a phone conversation she immediately knew which catheters would work for my dad and she was 100% right. She’s the first person in two years that explained why our current catheters aren't working for us. She’s a pleasure to communicate with in writing and over the phone. Overall rating excellent but do have a… Overall rating excellent but do have a suggestion: In the past have received shipments without any shipping invoice inside boxes....have been informed shipments are in route and then items lost in transit.....would be good if customers always receive shipping invoices and tracking numbers.

It was life changing for me. It was life changing for me to receive catheters from Patient Care Medical. I had been reusing (alcohol soaked) ones that I received in 1992 after my cancer surgery.
