GBBeware of Hart Medical Beware of Hart Medical, I will never use this company ever again. Had my share with my CPAP Machine. Nothing but a headache scene arriving. Had to contact who ever Andre is for ongoing problems, he actually stop answering my calls, was left guessing what to do. No one calls back, respond to emails, what’s the use in filling out contact forms, useless because no one responds back. Gotten fed up I returned that machine. My EMT is now looking for other options for me. We discussed a couple options and no more machines. My Orthopedic physician sent a prescription for a elbow brace for me, I contacted them to get the status, of course no answer, left a message, days went by and no one even called back. I called my doctor and had them send it elsewhere. Not ever doing business with Hart Medical again and it’s the closest to me inside McLaren Macomb second or third floor.

GBI've had excellent service from HART I've had excellent service from HART. Customer service returned my call even during power outage in Dearborn Heights, Mi. Delivery was prompt and friendly.

GBWaited to bill after New Year so I to pay. Only gave me 1/4 of my order of glucose testing and said I had to test 4 times a day and bring in my numbers after 1 month to pick up the rest of my 3 months. I met my deductible and was supposed to be free. Turned in paperwork and they gave me the rest of it in January and then charged me for everything because it was now a new year. Plus it was triple the price anywhere else. Called customer service after talking to insurance company and they said I should of had insurance company call them and they are " not resubmitting and are ending this call". They hung up on me and would send automated calls every day to pay. Called them back and told him to send me bill every month and I will pay what I could, guy told me it was going into collections and also hung up on me. Buy your stuff elsewhere!!!

GBVery poor customer service! Very poor customer service! Plan on long wait times on hold when calling into company. Doctor orders faxed to company and claim never recelved. Then only to find out a week later the oxygen unit is on backorder and there is a 3 month waiting list. Not sure how many patients can wait 3 months to breathe!
