Poor customer service I would give this company 0 stars if it was possible...Visited Hart medical equipment today for the third time since last month. My father had a RX for a cane..The customer service rep has given us the run around during all three visits..Today was the final straw..my father still was unable to receive his cane after we followed instructions given by the reps at the desk..My dad and I were so frustrated by the overall experience with this company..We will never support this business...I will be reaching out to the corporate office going forward.

Waited to bill after New Year so I to pay. Only gave me 1/4 of my order of glucose testing and said I had to test 4 times a day and bring in my numbers after 1 month to pick up the rest of my 3 months. I met my deductible and was supposed to be free. Turned in paperwork and they gave me the rest of it in January and then charged me for everything because it was now a new year. Plus it was triple the price anywhere else. Called customer service after talking to insurance company and they said I should of had insurance company call them and they are " not resubmitting and are ending this call". They hung up on me and would send automated calls every day to pay. Called them back and told him to send me bill every month and I will pay what I could, guy told me it was going into collections and also hung up on me. Buy your stuff elsewhere!!!

Beware - Webshop has INACCURATE Inventory Bait/Switch - FYI, the company's website/store does not have accurate information about its inventory. The website indicates there is stock and AFTER you provide credit card information, they notify you that they have no inventory and no ETA. I specifically looked for online reviews of this company to determine whether they were a legit medical supply vendor. This is for people in the same situation-- who wonder whether to provide their credit card information and who are concerned about whether they can rely on timely product delivery. Now, I have to go through a refund order process. It is a hassle and now one more company with contact info and credit card details that can be hacked. Websites are capable of providing real time inventory information. This is a deliberate deceptive decision by the company in order to expand their customer list. Shame on this company for its deceptive practice.

Poor customer service Poor customer service. They do not answer phone, after 22 minutes on hold. Oxygen people would not assist with provider to get the order as they specifically wanted it written. Flint office staff indifferent and not helpful. I requested a manager online and was told none were available. However, the online person said everyone would be emailed. STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS. There are better companies out there.

Very poor customer service! Very poor customer service! Plan on long wait times on hold when calling into company. Doctor orders faxed to company and claim never recelved. Then only to find out a week later the oxygen unit is on backorder and there is a 3 month waiting list. Not sure how many patients can wait 3 months to breathe!
