GBAmy in Customer Service needs to be fired. called up and spoke to Amy in customer service...asked if she could help me place an order...she was so smug and bitchy...I never placed my order. She needs to be replaced. Its obvious she hates her job.

GBQuality of Customer Service has Gone Down I'm saddened and disappointed to see the level of service has slowly been going down over the past year. I've had a few issues. Using credits that have been received can't be done with online paying. Instead of doing it online, I have to call in to pay, when I want to use a credit sitting on my account. Products tend to expire faster than from other supply companies. If it's a product I know I will not use frequently, I have to request it come directly from the product maker. I ordered enough Cavitron tips to receive a few free ones back at the beginning of April and am still waiting on receiving the free ones. I sent 2 emails inquiring about this, thinking it was resolved, but I'm still waiting on receiving them. What was once stellar service has slowly gone down hill and I'm now contemplating on using a company like Patterson or Henry Schein. Online ordering is so easy, compared to the other supply companies, and that's why I've always stuck with Smart Practice, but sadly it might be time to move on.

GB4 stars. 4 stars. I would have given 5 stars but the fact the first rep. I worked with, by the name of David, was not much help at all. When I asked about using a certain text color, or envelope he just told me no we cant do that and no you cannot customize certain things that the catalog said we could. So fine, I just ordered it as basic as it comes due to the fact he said we could not use what we wanted. Then I called back to ask a question about our order and a different rep. (Lori ) helped me and was able to answer all of my questions and told me she would just cancel the order he put in a put in exactly what he wanted and seemed unsure why David told me we could not customize the holiday cards we were ordering. She got everything I wanted perfect and was a lot of help in correcting what David had done. Once we received the product it came out just like we wanted.

GBCustomer for years I have been working with Smart Practice for several years. I have always felt that the reps I worked with were always super helpful. They have gone above and beyond for our office. Back when they were selling dental supplies I never allowed another company to try and take our business just because of the customer service. Now that they do only the marketing, I work with Susan. She is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when designing our products. Gives good advice on what works, finds ways to help us save money, and she is super sweet! I would always recommend Susan at Smart Practice for your marketing needs!!
