GBSo easy to keep my CPAP clean I have been using my Virtuclean machine for over a year and I am extremely pleased with its performance. I used to hate washing my hose, but now I just attach it to Virtuclean and clean my CPAP (hose and tank) every other day - because it is so easy to use. I have to charge it about once a week (no problem). I assume that the ozone is doing its job (I occasionally get a whiff of the ozone, but only enough to know it's working). I wash my nose-pillow by hand every morning because I don't like the smell of the ozone that lingers on the plastic. I am very pleased (and so is my pulmonologist because he tells me how important a clean CPAP is to my health). This little device is so much less bulky than other models. Great product!

GBEasy to use and it really helps with… Easy to use and it really helps with the mask and tube cleaning. Just remember to air out the tube and mask after you use it. It will have a smell for a short while then it goes away. For the money, it is better than the big tank container and costs a lot less plus if you use the other one a lot of the Cpap machine companies will not cover the warranty because it messes them up and breaks down the seals. where this only cleans whats needs to be cleaned. Just remember to wipe the mask down every day because of the oil on our faces that we leave on it. Will buy it again when this one expires.

GBUnhappy owner …..I received a virtu clean for a… I received a virtu clean for a Christmas present and loved it. Then, I convinced my daughter to purchase one. Her charging cable stopped working. I have emailed, and called seeking a replacement. To date, no one has returned my calls or responded to my emails. This lack of communication does not cause you to feel good about dealing with this company. At this point, her virtu cleaner can not be used. How might I resolve this matter?

GBBad Batteries with Virtuclean 2.0 I've had my Virtuclean 2.0 replaced about 4 times so far and all of them did not hold a charge after a day or so. I'd give this a 1 star but gave them the extra star for their fast replacment service.

GBI’m very happy with my unit I’m very happy with my unit. It’s easy to use, travels well, I feel more comfortable that my equipment is being cleaned sufficiently. Customer service was professional and pleasant to interact with.
