You get an extra charge because it comes from Canada Machine works, well packed, you do have an extra charge that I did not know because it is charged in Canada. They should also include a longer cord.

I am going to email company for refund. Another issue there’s no contact info PD return info in the pamphlets that are with the item. A totally waste of money. I would give it ZERO stars if your rating bar would have given me that option. A 1 is to much. Unit totally unusable!

Terrible Terrible. No way to contact if need to return merchandise. Have phoned and it just rings. Have left 2 emails plus 1 messenger message. No response!!! Will not forget the name of this company and how unprofessional they are.
