Terrible Terrible. No way to contact if need to return merchandise. Have phoned and it just rings. Have left 2 emails plus 1 messenger message. No response!!! Will not forget the name of this company and how unprofessional they are.

My unit doesn’t work My unit doesn’t work. On the heart rate on of the digits partially works. Half of the number is cut off. It constantly beeps as well. I would not buy this again. I am going to email company for refund. Another issue there’s no contact info PD return info in the pamphlets that are with the item. A totally waste of money. I would give it ZERO stars if your rating bar would have given me that option. A 1 is to much. Unit totally unusable!

No contact after sale. No contact after sale. Amber light is on constantly and worrisome. Don’t know how to fix it. No one has contacted me.

Oxygen recovery therapy The unit is almost perfect except for the oxygen concentration levels at higher liter/minutes decrease significantly. So anything above 3 liter/minute reduces total oxygen per breath cycle. But at this price it’s great.
