Now I need a portable I recently bought my first portable oxygen machine from Sleep Direct/Oxygen Direct.com. An emotional time for sure. Getting used to the machine and the new life did not happen overnight. Then I realized I was feeling pretty darn good and able to do more. Then I realized it was running really hot, an Inogen G4. I let Greg, my sales rep, know what was going on half holding my breath preparing for a run around. He was on it. Sent me a loaner I never expected and had me send the machine back in. It was repaired with replacement parts and returned to me. Now not running quite as hot but still hot, hotter than the batteries are recommended to be at. I let Greg know again of my dissatisfaction. Next day I get an email a new one is on the way. I so appreciate Greg's quality customer service and Oxygen Direct's commitment to satisfaction. I did have to pay return shipping both times but I did not mind, a small part of the investment to have a smooth cool running machine. They shipped 3 times at their expense.

Bad service I ordered a gen4 battery, phone call was dropped, emails unanswered. Finally had a call to let me know the item would be delivered the next day. The next day lo and behold, an email to say my order was cancelled!!! There are plenty of other companies out there if you want reliability. Definitely give these a miss.
