this unit enable me to survive the two hurricane in Lake Charles area. the unit was delivered on time and as… the unit was delivered on time and as ordered' it supply the amount needed' i received it before the two hurricanes hit. the rental unit shorted out. i am oxygen dependent. i would not have survived w/o this unit. thank you oxygendirect.

Really unprofessional company to shop… Really unprofessional company to shop from . We ordered a pair of oxygen concentrator Column and was supposed to be shipped to us and it never did after a week.I followed up several times and apparently I couldn’t get on the phone with the supervisor. They said just email Greg. So the order was finally canceled at the end. I do not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. Order #472612
