Parts Have owned a inogen G3 for a little over 2 1/2 years.Zero problems ,but I do have a question.I have ordered and received New filters. Have calls many times but cant6 get anyone to talk to. I replaced the old ones, but for some reason I don't think they are working as well as the ones I took out.I was reading that there is a filter behind where the tube hooks up to the machine and was wondering if it may need to be changed.There is a tool that must be ordered,so I read. this unit enable me to survive the two hurricane in Lake Charles area. the unit was delivered on time and as… the unit was delivered on time and as ordered' it supply the amount needed' i received it before the two hurricanes hit. the rental unit shorted out. i am oxygen dependent. i would not have survived w/o this unit. thank you oxygendirect.

Over the top customer service Wow! is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of OxygenDirect.com. I ordered my first Portable Oxygen Concentrator or POC in Sept. 2020. It was a Precision Medical product. It came, I charged it up, then set it aside since I had no use immediately. A couple weeks later, I went to use it for doctor appt. and the alarm went off saying there was a problem with the internal electrical system. I contacted OxygenDirect to find out about getting it replaced/repaired. After a couple back and forth emails, manager (I think) Ryan said the product I bought was not the best and they'd had many problems. He said he wanted to replace my POC with a better one. The better POC was approx. $900 more than the one I purchased. He did not charge me the difference, sent the new one out that day along with prepaid labels to return the defective machine and the extra battery. All this at NO ADDITIONAL cost for the upgraded machine or shipping costs. All I had to do was pack up the returns, put the labels on and take to a UPS store. Wow! What else can you say about a business that cares about their customers. Believe me, I have told everyone including my pulmonologist (to pass on to other COPD patients). How many companies would do that? I will continue to do business with them and want to publicly thank Ryan!
