A little confusion, but a great ending! There was some initial confusion and mix ups with the serial numbers and which devices I actually own. I did have to email several times to get that clarified and I was nervous that I would not receive the correct product back when I needed to make use of the warranty replacement, but it all worked out. I love both of my devices and was upset when the Sapphire X stopped working correctly, but I was grateful that they took care of me as promised. I love the devices and so far, the customer service has been great!
