GBI was pleasantly surprised by the… I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and courteous handling of my replacement product. I spoke to the customer service representative and within a few days I was provided with an email with instructions for replacement. The replacement product arrived March 15, 2024. The timeframe from my initial contact to date of receipt of product was absolutely amazing. I love using my Perfectio Plus and highly recommend the product.

GBCan't believe it but fell for this scam… Can't believe it but fell for this scam crap at the airport in Mexico. Very high-pressure sales tactics, one girl took my credit card and disappeared so I couldn't just walk out. Was told device had a lifetime warranty which turns out to be a limited warranty. The number I was given to call customer service was someone trying to sell more stuff. Surely the company will claim it's a third-party vendor or some nonsense but that's false. And even if not, you should be more careful who you let sell your crappy devices.
