GBExcellent Customer Service Is Still Alive :) I reached out with a question concerning the products return policy and received a quick response concerning this. This put me at ease and I made my purchase of quantity 2 Correct Toes toe spacers. I spent the extra money for quicker shipping and asked Megan Childs, the representative who first answered me on the return policy, if there was anyway to ensure this shipped out as soon as possible trying to get the item in time for a birthday gift. Megan replied with "What I am going to do is mail them out today, they would not be going out till either Wed or Thursday." This was huge in my eyes. Megan could have easily gave the standard answer "We will do what we can but can not make any promises." I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. I look forward to trying the toe spacers out and possibly getting more items in the future.

GBI had a manufacturing issue and it was… I had a manufacturing issue and it was dealt with right away with no hassle. This is the first company that has done this for me. It is appreciated that they stood by the quality of the product without me having to invest hours of my time to rectify it.
