Megan in patient relations is a customer service representative and was very helpful to me. She explained what I needed to know and offered to help with suggestions. She was very quick with her response back to my email. I appreciate that very much. She also told me to contact her if I had any further questions.

I received excellent customer service… I received excellent customer service from Megan Childs. I ordered a M set of Correct Toes which was the suggested size for my shoe size. I have unusually skinny feet and they were too big. I emailed custotmer service and they worked with me until we figured out the correct fit. They had me send pictures so they could really take a look and see what the issue I was describing was. They sent me a S size to try and compare with the M and it was a much better fit. They even went over a modification I could make to make them an even better fit! All I have to do now is send back the M pair and everything is all set. Looking forward to improving my foot health with this product. It already feels great!

Great product, Great company At the time of this review, this company already had a lot of positive feedback - which is what led me to buy from them instead of a knock off product or 3rd party. I can confirm this is a solid company with a good product, good staff, and reliable service. The customer support rep I worked with was very knowledgeable and provided a replacement device when I made an error in trying to fit my initial purchase. Definitely happy with my purchase
